What happened in this case study?

A lash care brand had multiple ASINs restricted on Amazon, so its revenue was capped by compliance, not by demand. Eleviam worked the restrictions in sequence, returned three products to sellable status, and rebuilt the five main listing images. Ad spend stayed flat and no separate demand creation program ran in the six week window.

What was the problem?

Revenue was capped by compliance, not by demand. Multiple ASINs were restricted and could not be sold, and the listings that were still live were not converting the traffic the brand was already paying for.

No amount of advertising fixes a listing that is not buyable. The demand and the traffic existed, and none of it could convert on the products that were down. The brand did not need a growth plan first. It needed its catalog back, and then it needed the live pages to convert properly.

What did Eleviam do?

Compliance recovery first, then a rebuild of the detail page, with no new spend layered on top.

  1. Worked the restrictions in sequence. Each case was documented properly rather than appealing everything at once, so a weak filing on one did not compromise the others. Three restricted products returned to sellable status and back into the catalog.
  2. Rebuilt the detail page to convert existing traffic. The five main listing images were rebuilt, each with one job: the main image, the benefit, the proof, the ingredient story and how to use. What changed in every slot is below.
  3. Held spend flat. No creator seeding, no new channel, no incremental demand campaign and no additional spend ran in this window.

What were the results?

+193%Conversion rate
+184%Click through rate
+119%Purchases
3ASINs relisted

How this was measured. The lifts were measured over a six week window in which Eleviam relisted three restricted ASINs and rebuilt the detail page images. Ad spend was held flat and no separate demand creation program ran in that window, so the lifts reflect the compliance recovery and the listing rebuild together, not the images alone. They are specific to this brand and time period. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Why does this case study matter?

Because nothing else was running. It is the cleanest answer to what an Amazon channel is worth when you simply fix what is already broken.

If a listing has ever been suppressed or restricted during a packaging refresh or a title update, this is what the recovery looks like when it is handled systematically. A channel that does not convert does not deserve more traffic, which is why the capture work came before any talk of demand creation.

What changed in each listing image?

Five image slots, each rebuilt to do one job.

  1. Slot 1Main image

A tilted single bottle shot became a centered pair, so the applicator and the bottle both read at thumbnail size and the shopper can see what is in the box.

  2. Slot 2Benefit

A sideways product shot was replaced with the headline benefit beside an eye illustration and the brand's consumer study results. The shopper sees the promise before scrolling.

  3. Slot 3Proof

The ingredients side panel came out and a before and after lash visual went in. The result does the talking instead of a wall of ingredient text.

  4. Slot 4Ingredient story

A generic lifestyle composite was replaced with a focused breakdown of what the formula does, anchored by a lash close up.

  5. Slot 5How to use

A repeat of the product photo became a simple three step routine, so shoppers leave knowing exactly how to use the product.

What would this look like for your brand?

If your catalog has restricted, suppressed or stranded ASINs, that is recoverable revenue sitting still, and it is the first thing we look at.
